A motto the company promotes: “Don’t let the spirit of decorating be spoiled by the economy of fashion.” Or at least think it over. We strive to lead and guide you to safe, sensible results. A pledge and a bow to the many repeat customers who have given trust and faith in my methods to arrive with a finished, well-done job. We can all be the proper hero.

Who I Am and How I Work

In the About section, I promote myself as Painter Pete Codsi. I employ a small crew of no more than three people—skilled, not unskilled. Insured and legitimate employees. I do not subcontract out work. I am not a franchise or incorporated; I am independent, self-employed, driven by pride of good workmanship and friendly work environments.

Since 1988, the many experiences teach us to anticipate and adjust for various other trades. Neatness and accountability are my trademark. To be tidy and organised reflects well on having properly complete jobs. My task is painting, yet I reassemble fittings and doors, light fixtures. I patch as needed but am not plastering whole rooms. I tackle the loose ends to arrive complete and on schedule.
